Total Cost $1125 per person TRIP INCLUSIONS: Bus transportation (roundtrip and while in Orlando) 3 nights accommodations at a Disney Area Hotel (Quality Inn & Suites) 4 day Walt Disney World Park Hopper (can be used at all 4 theme parks) Free use of Disney Transportation from park to park 4 Disney meal cards - $25 each (meal gift card-can be used for choice of food, drink, & snacks) Disney Youth Leadership Strategies Workshop at Epcot and optional sketch book activity at Epcot

6. Fundraisers Shoe Fundraiser Must sell 5 pairs to be eligible for fundraiser discount. Same amount will be applied to everyone that reaches that goal. That’s at least 100 dollars. Orders are submitted at the end of each month. First one due November 28 th. Art workshop Put on by art teachers Adults come in for a 2 hour session to create one piece of artwork to take home

7. Guidelines/Behaviors/Expectations: All school rules and guidelines that are in EMS-ISD student handbook will be followed. Handbook is available on www.emsisd.com website. Students can not leave the hotel without an adult sponsor at any time for any reason. Students are not allowed out of their rooms after curfew without first contacting sponsor. Students are expected to participate in all aspects of the trip. Only the same gender is allowed in your room. Students are responsible for all their personal valuables and it is advised to not bring any unnecessary valuables. Sponsors will use cell phones to keep in contact with students and parent permission is required.

8. If any misbehavior or suspicion of misbehavior occurs it could result in the student returning home at the parents/guardians expenses. In the case of a student needing to return home early sponsor will escort the student to airport, but student will fly home unsupervised; unless parents wants to make alternative arrangements to meet students in Orlando.
