PUBLIC PROCUREMENT IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA Interconnection / Interoperability Croatian Bridge Certification Authority –In order to ensure implementation of regulations and use of electronic signatures, the national certification authority NCARH (The Republic of Croatia National Certification authority) was established as an organizational unit of Ministry of Economy, Labour and Enterpreneuship (which is based on bridge CA concept) –Duties of this organizational unit are: to link different trust domains and enable communication in Croatia and cross border (cross certification) (according to Ordinance no.4) Pursuant to the contract with The Ministry, Financial Agency as Operational Authority (OA) performs operational services for NCARH.

PUBLIC PROCUREMENT IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA The Government of Croatia has launched an initiative for the implementation of an overall solution for conducting public procurement using electronic means. The system will provide advanced functionality for all procurement phases, comprising e-registration, e-notification (Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds), e-preparation of calls for tenders, e-tendering, e-awarding and e-statistic.
