4. Technology Upgrades – O365 / MyABAC Merge July 20th Preparing mailboxes for move-- Anything older than 90 days moved to new O365 service. Nothing will be lost, but you will not be able to access old emails until the project is complete. July 22nd and 23rd – we will migrate email All email will be migrated on Close of Business, Friday, July 22 nd. Once account is migrated, you will be able to access email. Any email sent during that time will be queued and delivered after migration. Your mailbox will be unavailable during the migration. Could be 8 hours depending on mailbox size. No email or files will be lost or deleted. July 23 rd – Saturday morning around 9 a.m. When you log into your email after migration use your MyABAC password (Password used to access computer and Centrify).
