The job class is teacher (12), FTE (100), and assignment is left blank. Scenario 2: Gerwer is a full-time teacher with assignments at two schools. Gerwer should be reported at each school with the job class itinerant teacher (27), FTE (50) per site, and the assignments left blank. Scenario 3: Stephenson is a part-time teacher with a non-teaching assignment. The job class is teacher (27), FTE (50), and assignment is Resource Teacher (6017). Scenario 8: DiPirro is a part-time teacher that has not yet been assigned a SEID. Demographic and assignment data cannot be reported without a SEID. All certificated staff must have a valid SEID to report to CALPADS – Staff not yet assigned a SEID cannot be reported – Cannot use “9999999999” to report staff demographics or staff assignments 3. Two types of data are reported for certificated staff – demographics and assignments 30
