2 Bad diet VS Good diet A bad diet can produce excess fat, acne, fatigue, constipation, tooth decay, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, some cancers, depression, eating disorders and stroke A good diet can lead to good mental performance, improve mood, improve longevity, combat disease and boost energy

3 Diet of a runner A runner can use up to 2,900 calories per day on average. A healthy runner should be eating a lot of carbohydrates, should be eating every meal, eating a filling energy-full breakfast (porridge, muesli, eggs), have a moderate protein intake in each meal. On a 1 mile run you can burn up to 105 calories so its important for a runner to stay hydrated and full of energy. They should avoid food with spices, high-fibre foods and fatty foods.

4 Diet of a swimmer A swimmer should be eating a lot of vegetables as they deliver slow burning calories and are rich in minerals and they are good for your immune system. They should be eating a lot of green and red foods although a wide range of colours in their diet is vital too. They should have protein in each meal around 30 – 40 grams. Eat game meat, oily fish. Eating low fat milk. A swimmer burns of 550 per hour.
