Servanthood Journal Think of the most generous person you know. Briefly describe how that person demonstrates generosity and what you think motivates that person to exhibit a giving spirit. How generous are you? How do you display generosity?

Servanthood FISH Philosophy A few years ago, a book was written entitled FISH! The book describes four principles that are essential in creating a positive work environment. The four principles are: 1.Choose your attitude. 2.Make others’ day. 3.Be present for others. 4. Make time to “play”, i.e., be sure you have some fun in your life.

What it looks like: Living fully engaged lives realizing that you have the power to choose your response to what life and work brings your way. Recognizing that you are responsible for how your choices affect others.

What it looks like: Keeping curiosity alive and trust it to lead to better solutions. Finding ways to incorporate play in your daily lives. Approaching your work, responsibilities and challenges with energy and enthusiasm.

What it looks like: Being passionate about serving your community. Striving to bring sincerity and value into the lives of others.
