9. High Priority Projects DECam NEWFIRM TCS Upgrade SAM

ETS ETS Jefes are under instructions to complain if high priority projects are interrupted or delayed by “small” work packages which are slipped into the queue while no-one’s looking. – It’s one thing to ask for help for an hour or two, another thing entirely to distract workers for days at a time. We are going to be under considerable pressure for the next few months and it is important that everyone cooperate and not try to make shortcuts or “end runs”.
