5 Public Works Academy  For new members of the Public Works Community  Guided by a set of core competencies developed through a work group of PW professionals  6 week program (one full day per week)  Accept 24 into each academy (Spring and Fall)  Public Works professionals facilitate some of the sessions

TLP members are lunch time speakers in PWA (sharing experiences) TLP members are keynote speakers at graduation (providing professional leadership examples) Share input (challenges/frustrations) from PWA to TLP
