2. ABOUT ST. ELMO'S VETERINARY CLINIC St. Elmo’s veterinary clinic, is a small clinic that deals with a variety of small animals, based on the border of Derry/Londonderry and Donegal. They have a team of 4 vets and 3 veterinary nurses, with a combined 25 years+ of experience in animal health and welfare. They offer a 24 hour emergency service and are open for appointments 6 days per week. Because they’re a small clinic they only deal with small animals, such as: Dogs, Cats, Birds, Rabbits, Lizards, etc. St. Elmo’s have been known for doing a lot of charity work for both the Rainbow Rehoming Centre and the Derry City Pound.

3. WORRIED ABOUT YOUR PET? Worried about your pet? St. Elmo’s veterinary clinic offer a 24-hour emergency service. They’re also open 6 days per week for appointments. Upon consultation with they feel your pet needs further testing, then the staff will do their best to figure out what is wrong with your animal. The first steps they take are usually x-rays, heart scans and blood tests. If these tests still do you give them the answers they are looking for, they will do everything in their power to run further more in-depth tests. Every member of their staff have a strong love for all animals, they will help your animal feel at home and comfortable. Your animal will forever have a friend in the staff.

4. CHARITY WORK St. Elmo’s have been known to do a lot f charity work for The Rainbow Rehoming Centre and The Derry City Pound. They hold various fund raisers and even offer their services on a pro- bono bases. Currently they are raising money for The Rainbow Rehoming Centre by selling their Yearly calendars and handmade Christmas cards, with all proceeds going to the centre, to help provide shelter and food for their animals.

5. WHY ST. ELMO'S? The reason I chose St. Elmo’s veterinary clinic is because my pup has taken severely ill. They have been running extensive tests, x- rays and heart scans, trying to get to the bottom of what is making her sick. At St. Elmo’s they make Khaleesi (the pup) feel at home and comfortable. Some of the staff have bonded with the dog more than they usually do. They do everything in their power to make sure they can get your beloved pet back to full health and they don’t let anything beat them. If need be they will contact specialists and specialist hospitals to help they diagnose your animal.
