4 Coming to Our Senses: ACE Efforts  Align the K-12 system with international standards and college expectations.  Clarify and simplify admissions process.  Provide more need-based grant aid and make aid process more transparent.  Keep college affordable.  Increase college completion rates.  Enhance opportunities for adult education.
