3 ACT Webinar | June 2016 How it Works. After downloading the ReachNow app, members can locate and book the closest available car. Registration is instant, a first for any car sharing service. The member can tap Destination to send a location directly to the car navigation, Signal to find it and report Damage. The app then acts as a key, allowing the member to unlock the car before the trip begins and lock the car after the trip ends. 3 Mobile App.
