3 * Monthly enrollment averaging approximately 175. * One childcare site. * 2 infant rooms, 1 toddler room, 2 two year old rooms, 5 preschool rooms, 2 school age rooms. * First year of EC collaboration and one EC classroom. * Theme bases activities. * Programming operating according to minimum DCFS standards. * Operating budget deficit. * No debt service to the church. * Minimum staff training requirements. * Daycare became required to pay property tax.

4 * Enrollment consistently above 240 children. * Two childcare sites. * Main Site-3 infant rooms, 2 toddler rooms, 3 two year old rooms, 4 preschool rooms. * School Age Site-2 school age rooms. * Four EC collaboration classrooms. * Research based curriculum framework adopted center wide. * Attained a two star ** quality rating (2009); programming goal to continue to improve the quality of care and education by meeting more of the guidelines/expectations set forth by DCFS, ITERS, ECERS, SACERS. * Balanced operating budget. * Monthly debt service to the church being made and increased. * Renovated infant-toddler outdoor play area. * Completed a process of administrative restructuring. * Developed, revised and implemented many staff management related procedures and policies as well as established thorough new staff training practice. * Daycare continues to pay property tax despite attempts to overturn this decision. However, property tax payment reductions have been obtained.

5 * Goal to maintain enrollment consistently at/above 245. * Maintain operation of two successful childcare sites. * Main Site-3 infant rooms, 2 toddler rooms, 3 two year old rooms, 4 preschool rooms. * School Age Site-2 school age rooms. * Maintaining four Early Childhood RPS 205 collaboration classrooms. * Increasing staff development on our research based curriculum framework. Application for a three star *** quality rating. * Increased staff development on the guidelines/expectations set forth by DCFS and QRS. * Balanced operating budget. * Continue increased monthly debt service to the church. * Goals to renovate the preschool outdoor play space. * Continue to improve on carrying out administrative roles as they are now defined. * Continue to uphold and facilitate established policy, procedure, and training practices consistently. * Continue to explore ways to reduce and/or eliminate property tax burden for the daycare.

6 * We must, all teachers, support staff, volunteers, and admin alike, be focused on carrying out our mission by facilitating daily experiences that help children grow and develop positive feelings about themselves, their families, and others in their community. * As a Trinity Day Care employee you are expected to: * Be a trained and competent staff member that enjoys teaching, communicating and engaging in activity with children and families. * Help facilitate a daily routine that is designed to meet the developmental needs of the growing child. * Provide nutritional meals & snacks in a family style setting. * Encourage and nurture children to enable them to become independent, secure and comfortable in their environment. * Provide opportunities and activities within a curriculum framework that are of interest, and offer learning experiences for children that are age appropriate and stimulate all domains of growth and development. * Promote positive social interaction and social learning. * Work with parents and families to develop a partnership to support children * Take your role in the lives of children and families seriously and act in a professional and caring manner.
