6. Who Are the Millennials?  1982 ?  Society is involved in raising the child  Kinder politics  More laws on the books now to protect these children then ever before.

7. Who Are the Millennials?  Decrease in violence in schools.  Drugs and alcohol is down, teen pregnancy and abortions are down.  Education – Teamwork, community service, the small school movement – non- competitive sports – social recess.  Block scheduling and looping

8. Who Are the Millennials?  Cooperative Learners to the MAX  Not very individual  Parents are very involved  Parents are their child’s best friend and many times this is stated by the child  Confident

9. Millennials  Team Oriented – trust, cooperate highest rate of those that volunteer.  Most 24/7 connected generation – IAM, chatting, cameras etc.  No fears about privacy – social networking online
