Problem: Kashmir had Hindu leader and Muslim population
Problem: Pakistan does not want India to control the Indus river and its tributaries which are a vital resource to Pakistan.
Problem: Kashmir tried to remain independent after Partition, but Pak invades.
Solution: Kashmir cedes to India for help Pakistan does not recognize this saying it was forced.
