4 1. Verbs that are called reciprocal verbs are called so because they reciprocate the subject and the object. 2. Verbs that are reciprocal are actually normal that attach reflexive pronouns. 3. We use reciprocal verbs when we want to do a regular verb to ourselves. 1. Ella habla.(She talks.) 2. Ella se habla.(She talks to herself.) 3. Yo leo.(I read.) 4. Me leo cada noche.(I read to myself every night.)

5 1. If we want to make a normal verb so that we reciprocate the action to ourselves, then we simply use reflexive pronouns. 2. Like reflexive pronouns, the person much always match as the subject and as the reciprocated person. 3. A reminder of the reflexive pronouns are on the next slide.
