7. What is a GWAC? A Governmentwide Acquisition Contract is defined as a task or delivery order contract for information technology. Contracts established by one agency for Governmentwide use Operated by an Executive Agency designated by the OMB Pursuant to Section 5112(e) of the Clinger-Cohen Act, 40 U.S.C 1412
