Each category will have subcategories such as the ones already defined for the Actors ’ Catalogue. The following main categories are suggested for discussion: -NEWS -ACTORS ‘ CATALOGUE -PROJECTS -PRODUCTS -EVENTS -OTHERS ? Besides the “ PROJECTS ” category all main categories will use the same subcategories as the ACTORS ‘ CATALOGUE. For the PROJECTS category we suggest the following additional subcategories, on which REEEP currently focuses: Policy and Regulation Attracting Finance Financing models and Funds Energy Efficiency

9. 9 ______________________________________ © 2005 punkt. netServices Identification and negotiation with Key Information Sources/Providers The following dates and next steps are suggested for the identification of key information providers and subsequent negotiations with them for provision of data to be made available on the ICH: 1)Await return of questionnaires/AC Spreadsheet from experts by 16 September. 2)All actors marked as + (positive) and additional suggestions from the questionnaire build the basis of potential information sources. However, the information provided by them will have to be evaluated by REEEP / REN21 in order to identify a max. of 10-15 main info providers. The suggested deadline for this evaluation is 26 September. All other relevant information resources will be included in the ICH i.e. the information provided by them will be crawled periodically (e.g. weekly or daily) so that the ICH provides immediate access to this information. 3)Presentation of the results of 2) at the WS2 meeting on September 27. punkt. netServices will provide REEEP with the technical specification/requirements for the database connections. REEEP starts to contact the relevant information providers with which terms of reference for collaboration and/or contracts will have to be negotiated (direct access over database connections). 4)In the meantime the results of the questionnaire dispatch will have been received (Deadline questioning: September 29, 2005). All additional information sources will be included into the ICH as described above.

How will the Actors ’ Catalogue as a first element of the ICH be presented/promoted globally? Corporate Identity of the ICH (URL, Logos, Colours, Fonts)? Co-ordination for promotion of the ICH (REEEP/REN21)?
