12 Roles and Responsibilities DirectorsExecutive Directors Supervise and coach principals through regular site visits. Observe teacher practice with administrators and provide feedback to develop instructional leadership capacity and work with lead teams to guide teacher support and training. Plan and lead professional development of principals focused on instructional leadership and implementation of Cultural Proficiency, Instructional Framework, MTSS and SRG. Coach and support principals in school climate, teacher evaluation, data-driven instructional practices and analysis, and progress monitoring. Supervise and coach directors through regular side-by- side visits. Observe principal practice with directors and provide feedback to develop instructional leadership capacity, growth and development. Plan and lead professional development of principals and directors focused on instructional leadership and implementation of Cultural Proficiency, Instructional Framework, MTSS and SRG. Coach and support directors in culture and climate, principal evaluation, data-driven instructional practices and analysis, progress monitoring. Manage and support systems improvement to resolve issues and serve as inter- department liaisons.
