2  Renewed to cover collaborations at all levels  97% participation (59of 60 schools completed survey)  Survey provides valuable information on:  Activities of the schools in student exchanges  Full semester exchanges  Alternative (short term) exchanges  Activities with non-PIM schools  Activities by regions  Desired collaborations and regional development plans of the PIM schools for the further development of the network.

3  PIM schools are equally distributed in three geographical regions

4  6448 Students were exchanged within PIM (5000 Full-term/all levels+ 1447 Short-term/all levels)  This number is not comparable with last year as it includes UG exchange this time  4245 Master/MBA level short Full term and long term comparable with last year (decrease of 2% from last year (4357))

5  6624 Students exchanged with Non-PIM Schools  (3073 UG, 3521 Master/MBA, 30 Doctoral)

6 Exchange Activity = Collaboration at each level indicated by other member schools

7 5000 students went on Full- term exchange within PIM network

8 11624 students went on exchange from PIM member schools to any school

10  12 PIM Member schools (20%) had an average of 58 exchange activities with PIM member schools  Note 2 schools from Asia: NUS and HKUST, rest from Western Europe  Average number of exchange activities at all level within the whole network is 36  Average exchange activities by regions:
