According to The circular 31/2011/TT-BTTTT on date 31/10/2011, There are some telecom equipment mandatory to certificate and pubish to meet requirement. The purpose of the certification of Standard comformity is to manage /control the information technology and telecomunication equipments manufactured /imported /circulated in VietNam to ensure that they comply /adaptable to technical requirements and or standard of VietNam;

Process for applying certificate :
Step 1: Sampling
-The certification body takes sample randomly and then seal the sample
Step 2: Test sample
The applicants contact the verification/ inspection body to carry out the verification /inspection of the sealed sample
Step 3: The applicant submits the test report ( Test result ) to the certification body
Step 4: Evaluation of the sample verification/ inspection result :
-The certification body evaluates the verification result to see it is in accordance with the applied standard for the certification.
Step 5: Conclusion and issue certificate
-The certification body gives conclusion on the conformity of the
products to the applied standards for the certification
Step 6 : Doc and use conformity seal ( company do )
- After getting certificate, applicant self –evaluate the sample with certificate and
relevant standard, then do DOC procedure. When Certificate body accept DOC -> applicant can use ICT conformity mark .
Step 7 : After company send enough document for DOC procedure, c ertification body will send lettle of acceptance for DOC

- Use the Seal: Organizations is only allowed to use the conformity mark after registration seal at the receiving agency announced conformity - Label request : + Mark conformity can zoom in or zoom out, but to ensure the correct rate and identify with the naked eye. + The colors of the seal provided by the organization, individual choice, but must be the same color, to ensure a clear, visible and sustainable. Do not print any text, images and other patterns in the seal. In the case conformity mark ed on other materials to attach or paste the selection of materials that can only be used one times, which can not be peeled. + Organizations after the publication of the rules of self-expression by printing, affixed or pasted stamps directly on the product or on the packaging or label attached to the product in the location easy to find, read, and can be printed in the accompanying technical documentation.
