River Improvements Project Consideration of approving matters related to Concho River improvements: Review financial information associated w/ construction project; Approval of change order 16 to include: the repairs of the supporting columns of the pedestrian bridge west of Abe Street; replacement of the decking of the pedestrian bridge east of Koenigheim; and installation of 8 additional LED lights under Abe and Koenigheim Bridges under the agreement with Templeton Construction Co., Inc., Project PK-05-10 in the amount of $148,642.88, and requesting approval of said amount to be funded by remaining and unused contract funds for the river project construction previously approved by City Council and authorizing the City Manager to execute said change order.
