Summary of Project Performance ● Project consisted of following components  Distribution of Wheat seed, DAP and Urea fertilizer  Reconstruction of flood damaged watercourses  Rehabilitation of flood damaged tube wells  Training of farmers for good agricultural practices  Kitchen gardening training to female beneficiaries  Vegetable seed distribution  Distribution of fuel for irrigation

Summary of Project Performance ● All targets met successfully within time bond ● Due to remaining budget, project period extended for 2.5 months ● Watercourses and tube wells were rehabilitated by contractors through tendering ● Contractors were bound to engage skilled and unskilled labor locally as cash for work
