Repairs are billed as miscellaneous and are based on the manufacturer’s estimate. Complaint is entered into NCR and an RMA is issued for the equipment return to Weidmuller HQ. 23 Tool PM ships equipment and NCR description to manufacturer. If equipment is non-warranty, an estimate is provided to the NCR contact in a Weidmuller format.

3 Warranty, Service and Spare Parts Information Page 3 Warranty: All Weidmuller Automatic Crimp Machines have a one year warranty (parts and labor) against manufacture defects. All Weidmuller machines are serviced within the continental United States Service: The following is a generalization. For specific maintenance information, please contact Nicole Wright for details. It is recommended to service your Crimpfix equipment every 200,000 cycles. The estimated cost of parts and labor varies depending upon how old the unit is and how frequently it is used. Contact Nicole Wright to request the correct spare part number. If the item is not set up in our system, Nicole will request the part set up for you. Please make the customer aware that any damages to the equipment resulting from repairs by the customer are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
