1. Mahtomedi School District Speech and Language Service s 3:1 Service Model

2. Overview In Mahtomedi School District we strive to provide the best possible education for your son or daughter. We are thrilled to utilize a new way of providing speech and language services called 3:1 Service Delivery Model. Each month your child will receive three weeks of direct therapy designed to improve his or her speech and language skills. The fourth week will be used to benefit your child’s speech and language development by supporting IEP goals outside of the speech room.

4. Therapy Services Face to face instruction geared towards meeting your child’s specific communication needs Therapy sessions designed to help your child learn concepts specific to his or her grade. Carryover of communication skills into classroom setting. Direct teaching of IEP goals in multiple settings throughout the school year.
