1. Flip installation step by step procedure

2. Log in to Click Downloads

4. After downloading go to the software downloaded location and extract the zip file to a folder

5. Open the extracted folder and double click the setup file. Then click the next button in the installation window show above

6. Click Next

7. After installation click close button

8. Double click the Flip ikon in the desktop and type the user name and password to login

9. On first login you have to reset the password. Type the existing password and create a new password and confirm the new password and click ok

10. After sucessful login you can see the page

11. Click on the Classic tab to get the classic work space

12. Click on the Professional tab to open professional work space

13. For updating the software please go the help and click check for updates

14. For setting your own shortcur key go to tools and click on Shortcut Key Setup

16. For customer care and fund transfer go to view and click Customer Care
