2 GroupWise Troubleshooting If a current GroupWise user is unable to get into their GroupWise please try the following: On the desktop is a GroupWise Icon Right mouse click on it and select Properties Click on the Shortcut tab At the very end of the Target line put a space After the space type /@u-?

3 GroupWise Troubleshooting At the Novell GroupWise Startup screen be sure that Online is checked and the address is: 134.129.201.130 and the Port is: 1677

4 New GroupWise User As of July 26, 2004, all new GroupWise accounts that are requested to be created will have a password automatically set. The password will be: changeme To change your GroupWise password. In the GroupWise main menu choose Tools, Options, Security, Password Tab, enter old password and then type new password and then confirm new password.

5 Current GroupWise User If a current GroupWise user is unable to log into their GroupWise account try the following: 1. Make sure they are typing their first and last name with no spaces in the User ID 2. Try logging in with no password (be sure to set a password once they are logged in) No Spaces
