1 Outline plan ● In 30 minutes: ● Introduce me ● Why Review games ● Ted Talk inspiration – 5 aspects of computer games that beat education ● Use PPT and Premade set of flachcards - to show Quizlet ● Make a new set of flashcards from Word doc. ● Get participants to navigate to the new cards ● Learn with the cards ● Do an activity on the cards –to get high score ● Take a test (students choose and design self test) ● Mention extra features – photos, sharing, embeding etc. ● Export the cards using ‘*’ ● Make a class tools game ● Save the html file ● Grab the embed code / link and put it into my blog ● Play the games ● High score feature – invite participates to play and aim for a high score. ● If we had more time
