We have been associated with the University of Northampton Community Volunteers for 6years and during that time our relationship as a partner has grown into a valuable resource for volunteer recruitment. We receive a steady flow of volunteers through the service which during our association has improved dramatically, most noticeably this year, in a change in the attitude of volunteers which is a reflection of the support and guidance they receive from the service.
