13. Environmental Concern The nature provides us the key ingredients such as minerals, oils, water and many other additives to make paints. We at XYLO ensure that these resources are utilized optimally and ensure that we do not pollute the atmosphere and manufacture low / zero V.O.C. products

14. Dignity to Labour While using XYLO products, the labour / painter is not hurt by the chemicals used in the process. The fine particles of putty, V.O.C. etc. are not inhaled by the worker. Ease of application is a key factor as a worker has to put in lesser effort in the usage of XYLO products.

20. HOW MAGIC WORKS ON ANY SURFACE MAGIC is made with micronized fillers and exterior grade polymers. Substrate Polymers film formation on top by polymers micronized fillers Polymers weaves through the particles and creates an excellent bonding between the fillers and the substrate. Polymers form a film on top to make it water resistant. The weaving of the polymers around the fillers ensures the flexibility character of the MAGIC. The delayed drying of the material ensures that there are no blade marks and the same is removed during the course of application. This helps in creating a smooth and a non-water absorbent surface, which are a pre- requisite for painting any surface. The material is available in light colours. MAGIC helps in better spreadablility of emulsion over it. The substrate and top coat forms a homogeneous structure as both the base and the top coat are polymerised.

24. OUR CONTRIBUTION IN SWATCH BHARAT INITIATIVE MAGIC PLASTER can eliminate the plastering and subsequent base preparation for paints. No curing,sanding or primer is required to paint the surface after MAGIC PLASTER. On a RCC surface, Plastering is normally done on RCC surfaces after hacking it as the surface is smooth and non-water absorbent. MAGIC can stick on the RCC directly and it can level the surface and mend the broken edges. MAGIC can be diluted and applied as an economical colored emulsion instead of the conventional lime wash. In the process of SHELTER FOR ALL, we are committed to provide sustainable, energy saving, cost effective and time saving solutions. Toilets are being constructed for weaker sections by using fibre cement boards and the joints can be filled by MAGIC. Further, MAGIC must be spread across the walls and the ceiling to ensure colourful,smooth and a washable surface. This will ensure that the bacteria will not be able to settle there and thereby ensuring a clean atmosphere. We can save on the expense of CERAMIC tiles.

25. CORROSION ON M.S. SURFACES: On a M S surface, corrosion happens from two fronts – INTERNAL & EXTERNAL External corrosion factor is from the atmosphere, which could be controlled by application of enamel, polyurethene etc. and the same can be recoated periodically as the disintegration of the same is visible. Internal corrosion happens because of the rust. The rust particles can be eliminated completely by sand blasting and must be covered completely without leaving any time for the moisture to attack the surface - which invariably is very difficult. Alternatively, use RUSTO on the rusted surface and convert the unstable rust/disintegrated iron to a more stable iron tannate.
