11 Demographics of Technology Strong E-rate support for infrastructure funding (90% discount eligibility) Piloted 1:1 laptops in Junior High 10-12 years ago; successful, but rapid population growth made unsustainable Over past 3-4 years, deploying 1-to-many in each building, with 4-5 carts in each building, usually by grade Current K20 Connection- 1GB Infrastructure, Cisco switches and core devices, AeroHive Access points (provided by Apple Grant) and switches that connect to our core. Received Apple Grant for 1:1 iPads and Professional Development at Mattawa Elem, Morris Schott Elem, and Wahluke HS; district is providing funding to expand 1:1 to all buildings
