3 Final Touches on Your Portfolio Review EACH Component of Your Portfolio Complete a Spell and Grammar Check  Each Component of Your Portfolio  MUST do this BEFORE you place it into the PDAS Review Credit Requests  Ask Yourself:  Have I met or exceeded the Course Outcomes for each course?  Do my learning statements speak to the Course Outcomes for each course?  Does the Supporting Documentation that I associated with my Credit Requests illustrate my ability to meet the Course Outcomes for each course?

4 Portfolio Submission Window YOUR PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION WINDOW: 30 days after Unit 10 ends (~Feb 26 th ) You may submit your final portfolio via the Portfolio Development and Assessment System (PDAS) any time during the submission window. NOTE: You must submit your portfolio via the PDAS At the end of 30 days after Unit 10 ends.

5 In order to submit your portfolio, you must have each component validated by a Submit Your Portfolio

6 Statement of Compliance and Authenticity You will need to Agree to the On-line Statement of Compliance and Authenticity prior to Submitting Your Portfolio.

7 After Portfolio Submission Check Your Email Account Once a Day Make sure you check your SPAM/JUNK mail folders If the Faculty Evaluator reviewing your Credit Request(s) feels as though he/she needs more information about your learning, the evaluator can request a additional documentation or information. You will receive an email if the evaluator needs more information!

8 Uploading Additional Information If the Faculty Evaluator requests more information, you will receive an email notifying you that you need to submit additional information. Link to the Request Click on the link in the email to log into your PDAS account and upload the required information.

9 Uploading Additional Information After successfully logging on, you are ready to upload your addendum!

10 Uploading Additional Information To upload your addendum, Click Browse under Upload A Document Select the document you want to upload Type in a Description for the document Click Upload

11 Uploading Additional Information To submit your addendum, Select the document you want to submit as your addendum by checking the appropriate box under Select Click Submit
