2. Scheduling Vacations – Step 1 Once you have added your vacation requests you are ready to schedule vacations. Go to the Main Menu. Click on the Vacations Calculation Form button.

3. Scheduling Vacations – Step 2 The Vacations Calculation Form will open. Click on the Calculate Vacations, First Pass button.

4. Scheduling Vacations – Step 3 Pick your company. Then click the OK button.

5. Scheduling Vacations – Step 4 Vacation Scheduler™ performs a number of data validation checks. It checks to be sure departments and work centers have slots assigned for all days. It checks employees to make sure they are assigned to valid departments and work centers. Other checks are performed.

6. Scheduling Vacations – Step 5 Scheduling can take less than a second per employee. When it is completed you will see the following message:

7. Scheduling Vacations – Step 6 Print and review the scheduled vacation reports. If you need to make changes - then do so. Repeat the scheduling process. When the schedule looks good – then save the schedule.

8. Scheduling Vacations – Step 7 There will be employees who will not be scheduled. Their requests may have been rejected. They may not have submitted them in time. You collect new requests, schedule, and save. The process is repeated until everyone is scheduled. Schedule Save Vacations Collect Requests
