Three interconnecting keys to becoming a vibrant, diverse and strong league in your community are: Working on local ISSUES of compelling interest: Engaging in continuous MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT including recruitment, retention, volunteer management and leadership development. BUILDING RELATIONSHIP in the community including with allied organizations and media outlets.
