Streetsbrook Childcare aims to: provide a happy, safe, warm and stimulating environment for all children to play, learn and develop freely help children to develop responsibility for themselves and their actions and to become competent, confident, independent and co-operative individuals encourage children to have a positive relationship, attitude and respect for both themselves and other people offer a Childcare Service that is accessible to all children in the community undergo regular monitoring and evaluation of our services to ensure that the setting provides the best possible care, and meet the needs of children and their parents/carers.

We are committed to providing: a caring and stimulating environment that puts the needs and safety of children first a programme of activities that is interesting, educational, stimulating and fun, and that promote each child’s social, emotional, physical, moral and intellectual development access to a variety of facilities and equipment under safe and supervised conditions a staff team that is experienced, well trained and supported services that meet the conditions of the Children’s Act 1989 and all other relevant childcare legislation, wherever they apply

We are committed to meeting the needs of parents and carers by: listening and responding to their views and concerns keeping them informed of our opening times, fees and charges, and programmes of activities sharing and discussing their child’s achievements, experiences, progress and friendships

Breakfast Club Open from 7.30am-8.45am Safe transition into school each morning Serving breakfast a selection of cereals, toast, tea cakes, crumpets, fruit and juices until 8.15am In a safe, secure and stimulating environment All staff qualified and experienced caring practitioners with First Aid training

6. ‘Cosmic Club’ Care and Play the Streetsbrook Way!

7. ‘Cosmic Club’ Making use of the school’s facilities in a safe and secure environment.

8. ‘After School Club’ Cosmic Club operates from 3.15pm-6.00pm Sessions from 3-15pm-4.15pm-5.15pm and last 45 minutes from 5.15pm-6.00pm Snack at 3.15pm Hot evening meals served at 4.45pm

10. Open 7.30am-6.00pm through the year except Bank Holidays and Christmas closure.
