5 Teacher Feedback How did you receive feedback on your social interactions when playing volleyball? (Describe) Regular feedback was provided to the team by our teacher both during practices, games and at the end of training sessions. The information focussed on: How well we communicated with each other. Were we carrying out our individual roles effectively. Were we supporting each other through encouragement or positive feedback. Was there camaraderie amongst the players in our team. Our teacher would always try to find a balance between positive and negative comments when providing feedback.

6 What are the benefits of Teacher Feedback? We have experience and expert knowledge! Regular feedback lets you make changes immediately. Identification of Strengths and development needs. A balance of positive and negative comments keeps you motivated and encourages you to work harder.

7 What are the limitations of Teacher Feedback? Noise in a game hall or sports arena means the teacher won’t be heard. Less reliable/accurate. Some players might not listen to the feedback! It can be difficult to balance positive and negative feedback.
