MRSA Jerome, Taylor, and Tate

Statistics In the US in 2003, there were an estimated 12 million doctor or emergency room visits for skin and soft tissue infections suspected to be caused by staph aureus. Hospitals in England have seen a 548% increase in MRSA related deaths from 2003 to 2004. Approximately 20% of bloodstream infections in hospitals are now caused by the Staph aureus bacteria. In 2003, 64.4% of hospital onset bacterial infections in intensive care units were HA-MRSA infections.

World wide infection This infection has spread just as quickly as the AIDS epidemic in the 1980’s. Since the virus is living in more hospitals than anywhere else the world patients that are sick and enter the facility are more prone to get the infectious disease.

Treatment Medicated There are many different medications to take but many patients promote marbocyl P for people who use pills instead of ointments and other treatments for soft tissue diseases. Non Medicated

How You Can Prevent This Preventing CA-MRSA Wash your hands thoroughly Keep your open wounds covered and cleaned Keep your personal items personal. Making contact in anyway with a diagnosed person may increase the risk by almost 30% Shower and wash face after any athletic activities. Leaving pores open and being in an congested place can lead to more sicknesses Your never to safe!
