4 Early Experience and Implications What has worked well (+ any good practice lessons), What has worked less well re:  Engaging workplaces, managers, key contacts and employees  Baseline  Actions (policies, awareness raising, training, brief interventions, other)  Unexpected outcomes  (+ any problems/issues to resolve) Any surprises Early indications of achieving goals (in relation to project goals):  Raising awareness of alcohol issues, challenging alcohol behaviour and attitudes to alcohol amongst workers, enhancing policies and changing workplace cultures  Any proposed adaptations going forward  In relation to content of pilot intervention, stakeholder engagement and involvement, baseline etc.
