Inaccessibility of the site during rainy season Labour problem during election Period Frequent revision of Drawings of the structure and not timely submission also. Variation of quantities of BOQ with actual site condition and problems arise from that Inappropriate Monitoring of the progress of work by the Consultant in respect of the work Programme.
