13 Page 13 EDW Release 2 – Current Stage Update The project has commenced detailed planning with the Change Champions and Release 2 BAG, with a specific focus to develop the following in April and May: 1.Requirements Gathering Approach 2.Roll-out approach (Coverage) 3.Testing approach 4.Training approach 5.Communications Approach 6.Go Live and BAU transition approach Project Team will facilitate information gathering through emails and workshops, Lead BA (Georgette Aravena-Delorme) will work with Change Champions (+ nominated business leads) to confirm project scope
