8 Global Markets Material Handling Equipment Break down of global market for material handling equipment 2016: Africa forecast to have market in 2016 of $1,236 Billion. Africa = $1,236 Billion (2016)

9 HySA Systems FC Vehicle Market Opportunities: Progressively demonstrating capability in real emerging markets… Golfing fraternity Game farms University Campus Secure Estates Resorts and Lodges Hospitality Industrial Impaired Mobility Security Military Agricultural Warehousing Logistics Manufacturing Cargo Loading Mining Military Ground Support Equipment APU for freight refrigeration APU long haul diesel trucks Range extender for light vehicles Range extender for urban buses Underground mining vehicles Material handling vehicles Marine applications (APU / motivepower)

10 HySA Systems Competitive Knowledge Many business cases require large fleets in order to cost effectively convert from battery to fuel cell technology before achieving profitability e.g. Industries on the scale of the Walmart, HomeDepot and automotive sectors. This is primarily due to the need to purchase expensive hydrogen refuelling stations: HySA Systems however has gained specialised capability in producing low cost refuelling stations allowing for a stronger business case to convert smaller fleets. Reducing the fleet size requirements expands the market opportunities for hydrogen powered electric vehicles and further creates new markets e.g. a business case for a fleet of utility golf carts might become possible in future with low cost refuelling infrastructure. Additionally, HySA has specialised hydrogen storage technology that increases safety by reducing high pressure requirements. This can open up niche markets such as underground mining vehicles where operating with highly pressurised storage is not allowed. When diesel powered underground mining vehicles is banned from operating in underground environments via new regulatory frameworks, mines will have little choice but to use fuel cell technology as batteries simply do not have the energy storage capability for underground mining vehicles.
