11 Gaining Experience Programme In the continuity with the well established EFPT Exchange Programme Promote professional exchange of knowledge and intercultural experience Short observership placements in various psychiatric institutions across Europe, 2 to 4 weeks ECPs < 40 and/or 5 years after passing the specialist exam from any European country (WHO definition of Europe) Pilot phase 2014-2015 (Germany, Israel, Switzerland, UK) 2015-2016: – Placements in Austria and UK – 5 EPA Grants of 800 €
