11 XP Downloading Clips from Microsoft Office Online Display the slide into which you want to insert a picture, motion, or sound clip Click the Insert tab on the Ribbon, and then in the Illustrations group, click the Clip Art button to open the Clip Art task pane Click the “Clip art on Office Online” link at the bottom of the task pane Use the search feature on the Office Online Web page to find the clips that you want, and then click the check box below each clip that you want to download Click the Click to Download button. 22 XP Recording a Narration In Normal view, go to the slide where you want to start recording a narration Click the Slide Show tab on the Ribbon, and then in the Set Up group, click Record Narration Click the Set Microphone Level button, position the microphone where you want it while you record the slide show narration, read the text shown in quotes in the dialog box, and then click the OK button Leave the Link narrations in check box unselected if you want to save the narration with the presentation; select it if you want to save the narration in another file that is linked to the presentation file New Perspectives on Microsoft Office PowerPoint 200722
