2 eAuthentication  An eAuthentication (eAuth.) account is a way for you to interact with USDA websites online.  Your eAuth. Account consists of a User ID, a password and your customer profile which contains information about you. 2

4 Level 1 and Level 2 Access 4  Level 1 – provides access to users to enter USDA Web site portals and applications that have been determined to have minimum security requirements or restrictions.  Level 2 – provides access to users to enter USDA Web site portals and applications that have been determined to have the need for higher security requirements or restrictions and the need of a verified identify for each User ID and profile.

5 Local Registration Authority 5  Local Registration Authorities (LRAs) are USDA employees who are trained to act as the trusted entity to validate the identity of a customer seeking a Level 2 eAuthentication account. The role of the LRA can be compared to a Notary Public who ensures the identity of an individual conducting official business transactions.

7 FOOD PROGRAMS REPORTING SYSTEM (FPRS) 7  Register for FPRS  Complete FNS-674 and 674A Forms  Sign and submit completed form(s) to the designated Authorizing Official at your FNS Regional Office  FPRS Access will process within 3 business days after receiving it.  You will receive an email from FPRS Access when you account has been added or modified.

11 PARTNERWEB 11  Partnerweb is the secured Web Portal where FNCS hosts collaborative web sites to be shared with our direct business partners, such as State Agencies.  The Lobby is the home page of the Partnerweb. Every member of Partnerweb has access to the Lobby. Here is where you will find announcments about Partnerweb operations schedules, and other system information. The Lobby is the first page you will see whenever you log on to the Partnerweb.
