5 Grades K through 2 Determine the priority standard(s) and unwrap the standards--COMPLETED Determine the item types(s)/Product for the assessment Develop the item(s)/ student directions Construct scoring guide/rubric/answer keys Make a schedule for Formative Assessments

6 Where We Need to Improve Providing more interim assessments and indicators of student progress Incorporate Formative Instructional Practices throughout the school with every staff member: TKES-PS 5 and PS 6 Depth of Knowledge (DOK) by Normal Webb Using the Formative Item Bank on DOE Collaboration by Teams and Grade Levels
