Activities in capacity building, policies and strategies. More than $5 million already invested by industry partners. Participation of several ICT companies - Oracle, Baltimore, MCI Worldcom, NCP, Celo, ValiCert, Entegrity, Vitress, HP, Datamatics, WISeKey, Rainbow, WTC,... Service roll-out for 101 countries (25 from Africa) and more than 170 organizations scheduled for 2001. One of the largest deployment of e-business infrastructure.
