2. Integrated Supportive Housing Model Between 6 and 12 OPWDD units per building, ranging from 7% to 19% of total units. Non-profit service provider master leases units from developer, with rental subsidies and social services funding through OPWDD. On-site office space is included in master lease at no charge. Tax credit rent levels. Other units in buildings are family units (except in senior housing). Sometimes another supportive housing component.
