2 Integrated Supportive Housing Model Between 6 and 12 OPWDD units per building, ranging from 7% to 19% of total units. Non-profit service provider master leases units from developer, with rental subsidies and social services funding through OPWDD. On-site office space is included in master lease at no charge. Tax credit rent levels. Other units in buildings are family units (except in senior housing). Sometimes another supportive housing component.

3 Multiple program models, including: Studios for single adults, typically with a mix of service needs and independent living skills One-bedroom units for older adults with developmental disabilities in a building providing senior housing Two-bedroom units shared by unrelated adults Two and three-bedroom units for families where some household members have developmental disabilities
