6 Accessible Cumbria Procurement Team Membership  Project Manager  Economic development lead  Community lead  Procurement Lead  Program support officer (PSO)  Legal lead  Finance Lead  Communications lead  Project administrator Remit  To own the plan  Act with other team members to solve issues arising during the delivery of the program  To manage the delivery of tasks assigned to them within the project plan through work streams  Identify and mitigate risks  To update the project plan through the PSO  Develop the deliverables identified in the program  Assess responses  Receive reports from the PSO on progress to date  Review the program  To formulate communication for approval by the Accessible Cumbria program board  To liaise with the ICT Procurement Team Frequency of meeting Fortnightly Location to be confirmed
