2. 2 Progress on 2012 Commitments 1. WASH Sector Assessment and Reform: - Built consensus on programmatic SWAp (Joint Sector Review, JSR2-2014); 2. Coordination Structure - Established coordination mechanisms at all levels; 3. Sanitation and Hygiene - Nationwide Sanitation Social movement (62% sanitation coverage; 32% of population live in ODF environment); - Formulated MDG/MAF action plan on sanitation 4. Promote evidence based planning and monitoring - Formulated district and village WASH strategic action plan 5. Hosting SACOSAN-V Ministerial Conference - Successfully hosted SACOSAN-V and formulated country specific action plan to implement the Kathmandu Declaration 2013 6. Formulate Coherent Sector Programme Document -- Government and sector partners fully committed to finalise ONE WASH Sector - Development P lan by June 2014
