They are: Practical and value-conscious, having watched their millennial siblings struggle to find work and move out of their parents’ homes Considered to be a very entrepreneurial generation Eager for internships and work experience 6 things to know about Generation Z

9 2.They love technology but understand its downside. They: Place high value on relationships, especially offline relationships Need to be culturally connected (they have FOMO: Fear Of Missing Out) Have learned to be full-time brand managers 6 things to know about Generation Z
