Aetna Workplace Health and Wellness Consulting Assess: Collect, analyze and report both subjective and objective data Evaluate reports for existing health issues and risk factors on an aggregate level to determine top five risks factors for targeted reduction Plan: Drive engagement in self-directed online wellness programs to decrease risk factors in non-diseased population Drive engagement in disease management programs to control existing health issues and decrease risk of development of co-morbidities Establish organizational policies and procedures that support the strategy at the department and individual level. Implement: Implement biometric screenings for covered employees Promote Health Risk Assessment and built in gift-card incentive Allocate funding to produce communication materials for targeted health issues that educate and guide the population into appropriate programs Evaluate: Measure participation levels. Establish baseline for utilization of wellness tools, calendar, timeline, communication and project plan.
